This article is to be used as a guide for students, staff and faculty who encounter any issues logging into TeamDynamix (TDX) to submit tickets via the client portal, or to work on tickets as a technician via TDNext which is the ticket management platform for technicians and TDAdmin which is the backend Administration side.
Instructions
1. First., navigate to the top right corner of the home page and make sure that you are logged in.

If you get an error message, please take a screenshot or photo of the message for reference, then call the Support Center so they can request access for you.
2. Once you are signed in, type TDX General Assistance into the search box and select the TDX-General Support Form

3. Click Request Service and under the "TDX Request Type" select the second option "TDX - User Access

4. Provide any additional information about the nature of the request including what you are trying to access and what error message you are getting etc.
5. Click Submit
6. Once we receive your request for access we will review the request and grant access as needed and notify you.
