What Is It?
Instructors can request to merge multiple sections of a course into a single course. Merging transfers student and instructor enrollments from one or more “child” courses into a single “parent” course. After the merge, all enrollments will have access only to the parent course. Instructors may need to complete additional course setup steps to ensure the merged course is FERPA compliant.
