Request for change to Banner HR set-up (creation of ECLS, BCAT, tenure codes, job change reasons, etc.)
Review of employee setup for accuracy (such as hiring dates or vacation accruals)
Your request will be reviewed and routed to the appropriate people

You will get an email from Gonzaga Support
You can simply reply to that email and all email conversations will be stored within the ticket feed
You can log into Support Portal and look at the status of your tickets
