  • Your request will be reviewed and routed to the appropriate editor
  • We will reach out if we have more questions
  • You will get an email from Gonzaga Support
  • A draft of your request will be built and a link to the draft pages will be emailed to you for comments
  • You can reply to that email and all email conversations will be stored within the ticket feed
  • You can log into Support Portal and review the status of your tickets
  • Once the modifications are approved, the page(s) will be published for live viewing
  • You will receive a notification when the request has been completed
