What Is It?
There are many ways to collect information from an audience. You may wish to simply capture your form data, or you may have a need to analyze the data or process it through a business process workflow. ITS offers a variety of form-building tools such as GU website forms (myGU or public), OnBase, SharePoint, Office 365 Forms, ZagWeb, DocuSign, TeamDynamix, and Qualtrics.
