What Is It?
We offer two video and web conferencing solutions, Skype for Business and Zoom. If you need assistance installing, configuring either of these products, please submit a request. If you are handling HIPPA protected data through Zoom, please submit a request so your account can be configured to support such work.
Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?
a. Skype for Business is available for Faculty and Staff
b. Zoom is available to faculty, staff, and students. If you will be handling personal health information over zoom including an individual’s past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition. Or discussing information that identifies an individual or for which there is a reasonable basis to believe can be used to identify an individual. You should request being added to Zoom for healthcare.
