What Is It?

Zag Relationship Management (ZRM) is a constituent relationship management (CRM) system which helps GU track engagement with members of our Zag community. It leverages data from Banner and other sources to provide visibility into a person's varied relationships with Gonzaga. It also allows us to provide personalized communications to our students, prospective students, and alumni by capturing individual email/engagement preferences, interaction history, and preferred modes of communication. 

Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?

Staff within Graduate Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, Center for Cura Personalis, and MarCom who have accounts. Expansion to additional departments is expected in 2022.

Where Can I Get It?

If your department is interested in using ZRM for your current processes, please contact the ITS CRM Team. Onboarding to ZRM is a formal project and does require Project Review Committee approval. Current users can access ZRM at www.gonzaga.edu/zrm

How Do I Use It?

Current users have access to the ZRM Training courses on Blackboard.
