This article will describe the privileges your Zagmail account will retain after graduation. It will also describe some of the access that is removed once you are an alumnus.
Information
You will retain access to your Zagmail account after graduation, but if the account is unused for more than two years it will be disabled for inactivity in our directory. If you need access to the account after it has been disabled, please call (509)313-5550 for further assistance with the account.
You will retain access to your Zagmail and still be able to receive emails. One of the primary reasons alumni wish to retain access to their Gonzaga account is to request unofficial transcripts. Unofficial transcripts at Gonzaga cannot be sent to any email address other than one with a Zagmail address, you will need to regain access before requesting transcripts.
You will retain access to your Microsoft account associated with your Zagmail, but your rights within the account will change. Alumni accounts are limited only to using email. Alumni will lose access to everything else including: Canvas, Word, Foley databases, etc..
