Install Microsoft365 Applications on 5 Personal Devices
Your Gonzaga account is licensed to use Microsoft Office 365 and you are able to install Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on up to 5 personal devices. When you use your Gonzaga account to install applications, your locally-installed application is connected to your GU account (so you need to be signed in).

Adobe Cloud on 2 Devices
Your Gonzaga account is licensed to use Adobe Creative Cloud and you are able to install the Adobe Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) on a personal device as well.

Zoom
Your Gonzaga account is licensed to use Zoom One and you are able to host Zoom meetings and webinars as a licensed Zoom user (i.e., not restricted to 40-minute meetings).
Next Gen Tech Bar Services
As a faculty or staff member, you have access to the Next Gen Tech Bar (NGTB) services located on the 1st floor of the Hemmingson Center. The NGTB offers a variety of technology services including:
- 3D Printing
- Laser Cutting/Engraving with the Glowforge
- Virtual Reality experiences
- Equipment checkout (laptops, cameras, tablets, adapters, and more)
