How to get an OnBase account (or add security to an existing OnBase account)
This article will provide you with the information you need to request a new OnBase account or add security to an existing account. Please include information for copying an existing account if you have a new employee or wish to add existing user security to another user.
Click on the link below and complete the TDX ticket found there. If you are requesting to copy existing security to another user, please include their name or username.
Requests must be submitted by a supervisor.
If you are requesting access to security from another area we will route the request to them. If you already have permission, please include the email with the approval in the request description.
IF YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT UNLOCKED, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STAFF AT THE SUPPORT CENTER CAN COMPLETE THIS TASK FOR YOU. Email to techsupport@gonzaga.edu or call x5550 to request an unlock.
