To update forms in TeamDynamix, you'll need to access the Form Builder within the TDAdmin section for the specific application. You can then add, remove, or modify fields, adjust their settings, and add static content. Changes are saved via the Save button. For service-specific forms, you can also update them through the Client Portal by editing the service and navigating to the Form tab.

- Accessing the Form Builder:
- In TDAdmin, navigate to Applications and select the relevant application (e.g., Ticketing).
- In the left navigation, click Forms
- Click on the name of the form you want to edit.
- Adding/Modifying Fields:
- Drag and drop fields from the right column (available fields) onto the form.
- Click Edit below a field to adjust its settings (e.g., custom field name, placeholder text, help text, visibility, required status).
- To remove a field, click the Remove link below the field.
- You can also adjust the order of fields on the form by dragging and dropping.
- Adding Static Content:
- The form builder allows you to add headings, text blocks, and HTML blocks.
- Drag and drop the desired element from the right column.
- Edit the content and formatting as needed.
- Saving Changes:
- Click the Save button to save all changes to the form.
- Service-Specific Forms (Client Portal):
- In the Client Portal, navigate to the relevant service.
- Click Edit Service.

- "Sticky" Behavior: If a field already has a value and you change the form, the value will remain if the field exists on the new form.
- Default Values: If a field is blank or doesn't exist on the current form, the default value from the new form will be applied if one is set.
- Read-Only/Hidden Fields: If a field is read-only or hidden on the new form, it will overwrite any existing value.
