Support Center
The IT Support Center is the technology help desk for Gonzaga University faculty, staff, and students. It supports the technology needs of the Gonzaga Community and does intake for the rest of the IT department. In addition to technology support, the support center also facilitates the computer procurement process for Gonzaga University.
Location
The Support Center is in the lower level of the Foley Library just west of the bottom of the stairs. Some of the resources and services provided by the Support Center include:
- Technology troubleshooting
- Computer repair/replacement
- Hardware equipment check-out
- Software installation
