What Is It?
Service used to request for any IT related service that is currently not available on the service catalog including Instructional Technologies.
Instructional Technologies are those tools and platforms whose primary use is for instruction, communication, or engagement with students. Such technologies include but are not limited to: Canvas, TurnItIn, Gradescope, Hypothesis, and Kaltura. While enterprise technologies such as the Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom, may be used for learning or integrated into instructional platforms, their primary function lies outside of the academic technology realm.

Please expect a response within 5-7 business days.
Requests for new Instructional Technology subscriptions should be submitted no later than April 15th for adoption during the following fall semester and October 15th for adoption in the following spring semester.
