Below is a list of Software Applications ITS is aware of in use by departments at Gonzaga University. The purpose of tracking this information is to:
- Ensure community members can see which tools are available to them and what they can be used for.
- Support fiscal stewardship by providing visibility into the vendors with whom GU already has a relationship and may be able to leverage existing licenses and agreements.
- Provide transparency into the volume and use of technology applications across the university, as well as the related contact person.
- Reduce instances of duplicate technology on campus.

If you need more help with installing an application, please create a ticket on the Support Portal using the Request Service button.
If you are considering a software application NOT on this list, please submit a Technology Request so that ITS can complete a security review. The Information Security team evaluates the permissions requested by the application and determines the risk level associated with application use. This is an important step to protecting Gonzaga's institutional and student data from third parties, and mitigating risk and liability. Depending on the outcome of risk assessment, an application may be denied in cases where the permissions are deemed too excessive for the intended purpose of use.
