How Do I Use It?
When you attempt to connect to an ITS-managed server, a DUO authentication prompt will be triggered. Once we've set up this service for you, you will be able to respond to the prompt and get access to the remote server. You will need to install the DUO application on your smart phone, so watch your email for links and further instructions.
