Refund Request

What Is It?

Refund a purchaser who paid by credit card or Bulldog Bucks, on one of your payment sites or through a cashiered transaction.

Who Is Eligible to Use This?

This form needs to be completed by a GU employee, Student Club Officer, or Work-Study Student authorized by their department to issue this refund. It is not meant for a purchaser to complete.

How Do I Start my Request?

Click the Request Service button on this page. **IF YOU GET AN ERROR please make sure you're signed in. If you see Sign In in the upper right corner of this screen, you're not signed in yet. Click Sign In and you will be logged in with your Gonzaga credentials. Next, try to click the Request Service button again. If you still have trouble, email Joan Perkins at perkinsj@gonzaga.edu.

How Do I Use It?

Requests will be fulfilled first come first served, usually within 4 business days. The money will be received by the purchaser within 2 weeks of processing.
